OPTIONS
Filters can be used to limit the display to a subset of information. The filters are commonly associated with categories, but they can be much more powerful than that. Task filters can be used to show a collection of categories, or other subsets. For example, a 'Home' filter for tasks would exclude anything related to work activities. The filters can be built using any logical expression with the various field names.
The various filters can be edited from the option menu shown above. The filters can be "automatically" built to represent all of the categories defined in the category list. To perform more complex filters use the following technique:
=FILTER NAME,EXPRESSION
EXPRESSION should have the form:
([Field Name] COMPARE SYMBOL "Criteria" AND EXPRESSION) OR EXPRESSION...
