IMPORTANT:  Eagle Vision may inform you that an upgrade is required.  There is a required, manufacturer provided patch for the original release of PPC2002.  This patch fixes some problems allowing access to the Pocket Outlook database.  Please download the patch (based on the manufacturer of your PocketPC) and install on your device.  Please visit the appropriate link:  Compaq  -  HP  -  Toshiba  -  Casio (If the link fails, search the manufacturers site)

How do I know which processor I have?

On your hand held PC, go to the Start Menu >> Settings >> System Tab >> About >> Version Tab

Here it will list the type of processor on your hand held PC.  Select the appropriate file above.

 

After downloading the ZIP file:

You will need to decompress the file.  If you do not have an Un-Zip utility you can find one here:

PK Zip   =   WinZip

After decompressing, Run “setup.exe” on your desktop PC with your hand held PC connected

After downloading the CAB file:

You will need to copy the file to your handheld device.  This is accomplished by clicking on the 'Explore' icon in Active Sync.

After copying the file to your device, simply tap on the CAB file on your handheld and the installation will begin.
